Rochester, N.Y. – Semrock, Inc., today announced the introduction of three exciting new multiband optical filter sets for the most popular fluorescent proteins, significantly enhancing their selection of the award-winning BrightLine series of multiband filter sets.
Semrock's exceptional new filter sets are perfectly optimized for the real-time analysis
of living cells labeled with multiple fluorescent proteins. The sets address the highly requested combinations of CFP/YFP, GFP/DsRed, and CFP/YFP/HcRed, and each set includes exceptionally efficient multiband beamsplitter and multiband emission filters, with separate "no burn-out" single-band exciters, in the so-called "Pinkel" configuration.
