Semrock Announces ITAR Certification
August 29, 2013, Rochester, NY – Semrock, a world leader in the design and manufacture of spectrally complex optical filters, is pleased to announce it has recently received the official International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) certification from the U.S. Department of State. This certifies that Semrock is now approved to manufacture parts for companies that require ITAR certification and security levels.
ITAR is regulated by the United States government that controls the export and import of defense-released services on the United States Munitions List. Semrock has taken on the responsibility to meet the standards of ITAR to better serve government and core government suppliers.
