Moez has over 21 years of experience and is responsible for Semrock world-wide sales. Moez focuses on domestic and international channel partners, OEM customers and overall company sales strategy. Prior to Semrock, Moez co-founded iPhotonics, a successful high technology company in the optics space, which was acquired by Solectron Corp. Moez enjoys good food and a good story to go with it.
Amanda Savas - OEM Accounts Manager - West
Education - BS in Chemical Engineering, University of Rochester
Amanda is our most tenured salesperson. Before joining Semrock in 2003, she worked as an Applications Engineer for Corning, Inc. Amanda enjoys competitive beach volleyball in her downtime.
Jennifer Odom - OEM Accounts Manager - South/Central
Education - BS in Chemistry, Fort Lewis College, MS in Physical Chemistry, University of Colorado
Jennifer joined the Semrock sales team in 2005, continuing a successful technical sales career in thin film coatings. Prior to joining Semrock she worked for Evaporated Coatings, Inc. as Sr. Technical Sales Engineer and as a Product Marketing Engineer for Veeco Instruments, Inc. Jennifer has a keen decorator's eye and a flair for the creative.
Kimberly Netzeband, PhD - OEM Accounts Manager - West
Education - BA in Psychology, BS in Biochemistry and Cell Biology, UC San Diego, MA and PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology, UC Berkeley.
Before coming to Semrock in 2009, Kimberly worked for Molecular Devices as a Bioimaging Sales Specialist for the MDS Analytical group and as an Applications Scientist for Axon Instruments. When she's not at work, Kimberly is an enthusiastic traveler and enjoys cooking.
Brian O'Flaherty, PhD - Sales Engineer - Northeast
Education - BS in Chemistry, University of Rhode Island, MS Analytical Chemistry, University of Lowell, PhD in Analytical Chemistry, University of Massachusetts
Brian is the most recent addition to the sales team. He comes to us from Groton BioSystems where he was the Director of Sales for 7 years. Before moving into sales, he was a Senior Product Engineer at Corning, Inc. and enjoyed a long tenure at McPherson Incorporated as an Applications Chemist and an Analytical Researcher. Brian is the proud father of twin boys, a talented gardener and loves the outdoors.
