How soon will my order ship?

Catalog products will ship same-day when the order is placed Monday through Friday, before noon, Eastern Standard Time.

Most custom-sized products will ship within 1 week.  In cases of demand exceeding our finished goods stock levels, the expected ship date of your items is noted on your sales order acknowledgment.

What is the standard method of shipment?

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or 2-day, unless otherwise requested. We also accept customers’ shipping account numbers for direct carrier billing.

How much are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are based upon the shipping method chosen.
