BrightLine® Fluorescence Filters
BrightLine hard-coated fluorescence filters are optimized for use in fluorescence microscopy and provide exceptional performance. In addition to individual single-band or multi-band bandpass filters, BrightLine filters are also available as dichroics and edge filters. Our filter sets are optimized for use with the most common fluorophores and work with both broadband and laser light sources for use in many applications.
EdgeBasic™ Long Wave Pass Filters
EdgeBasic filters are ideal for specific Raman applications that do not require measuring the smallest possible Raman shifts, yet still demand exceptional laser-line blocking and high transmission over a range of Raman lines. The transition width for an EdgeBasic filter is < 2.5% of the laser wavelength, providing a superb combination of performance and value.
LaserMUX™ Beam Combining Filters
With high reflection and transmission performance at popular laser lines, LaserMUX filters are optimized to multiplex (MUX) multiple laser beams at a 45° angle of incidence with exceptionally low loss and can also be used in reverse to demultiplex (DEMUX). The ultralow-autofluorescence filters are ideally suited for OEM multi-laser fluorescence imaging and measurement applications including laser microscopy and flow cytometry, as well as for many end-user applications in a laboratory environment.
MaxDiode® Laser Diode Clean-up Filters
Diode lasers differ from gas or solid state lasers in that their wavelength can vary appreciably from laser to laser, with temperature, or as they age. MaxDiode filters have an exceptionally high-transmission, ultralow-ripple passband over a carefully tailored range of each diode laser's expected wavelengths. MaxDiode filters feature high transmission transitioning quickly to deep blocking for filtering out the undesired out-of-band noise.
MaxLamp® Mercury Line Filters
MaxLamp mercury line filters are ideal for use with high-power mercury arc lamps for applications including spectroscopy, optical metrology, and photolithography mask-aligner and stepper systems. The non-absorbing blocking ensures that all other mercury lines as well as intra-line intensity are effectively eliminated.
MaxLine® Laser-line Filters
Semrock's MaxLine laser-line filters have an unprecedented high transmission exceeding 90% at the laser line over a remarkably precise passband. MaxLine filters feature rapid transition to optical density (OD) > 5 at wavelengths differing by only 1% from the laser wavelength, and OD > 6 at wavelengths differing by only 1.5 % from the laser wavelength. MaxLine filters are optimized to pair with our StopLine and RazorEdge filters.
MaxMirror® Ultra-broadband Mirror
The MaxMirror is a unique high-performance laser mirror that reflects an ultra-broad range of wavelengths with outstanding laser-quality flatness. The MaxMirror is very highly reflecting over near-UV, visible and near-IR wavelengths, all states of polarization, and all angles from 0° to 50° simultaneously.
RazorEdge® Raman Edge Filters
The RazorEdge filter family offers deep laser-line blocking with an ultra-wide and low-ripple passband. RazorEdge steepness is available in long wave pass, short wave pass and 45° dichroic filters, and available in three grades with increasing edge steepness to suit both your application and your budget. These filters are designed to be paired with our MaxLine® laser line filters.
StopLine® Single-notch & Multinotch Filters
StopLine normal-incidence laser-line notch filters are ideal for applications including Raman spectroscopy, laser-based fluorescence instruments, and biomedical laser systems. These filters offer excellent laser rejection and are available as single-notch or multi-notch versions. StopLine notch filters offer greater tunability than RazorEdge filters for accommodating variable laser lines.
VersaChrome® Tunable Filters
With a tuning range of greater than 12% of the normal-incidence center wavelength and unparalleled polarization insensitivity, only five filters are needed to cover the full visible spectrum. With excellent out-of-range blocking, the VersaChrome tunable filters are ideal for applications ranging from fluorescence imaging and measurements to hyperspectral imaging and high-throughput spectroscopy.
