Semrock filters come in standard sizes designed to fit the most popular microscopes on the market.  Semrock's BrightLine® exciters come standard in a 25mm diameter, 5mm thick housing. BrightLine emitters come standard in a 25mm diameter, 3.5mm thick housing and BrightLine dichroics are 25.2 x 35.6 x 1.05 mm. These sizes are compatible with most Olympus, Nikon, and Zeiss microscopes. 

All of Semrock's filters can be custom-sized to fit in Leica "Large" and "Small" microscope cubes. Refer to our list of available microscope cubes for a list of compatible microscopes. If your microscope is not listed, please contact Semrock's technical support for assistance.

You may order BrightLine filters already mounted in the appropriate microscope cube. Due to Semrock's ion-beam-sputtered hard glass coatings, filters may be handled, installed and even cleaned at your facility without fear of damage.  Please visit our technical library for downloadable PDF and video instructions for cleaning your filters and microscope cube assembly.
