 |
| This
four-filter set is specially designed to achieve high-performance
fast FRET (Fluorescence
Resonance Energy Transfer) imaging for green donor fluorescence
and orange/red acceptor fluorescence. FRET measurements using
wide-field microscopy are challenging – using the best
possible filters can make a significant difference. These
filter combinations provide excellent brightness and signal-to-noise
ratio while minimizing the undesirable donor-acceptor crosstalk.
In systems with dual (exciter-emitter) filter wheels, try
our GFP/DsRed-2X2M-B
dual-band Sedat set for FRET. |

| * Bandwidth
is the minimum width over which the average transmission
exceeds the specified passband transmission; the nominal
full-width-at-half-maximum (FWHM) is approximately the
Bandwidth + 1% of the Center Wavelength. |
