This
full-multiband set is perfectly optimized for imaging GFP
and DsRed with high brightness, extremely low crosstalk,
and superb signal-to-noise ratio. The set is also ideal
for samples dual-labeled with FITC and TRITC, or GFP and
Cy3, among other fluorophore combinations. For a "Pinkel" version
of this filter set (replaces the dual-band exciter with
two single-band exciters) see the GFP/DsRed-2X-A set.
For a "Sedat" version of this filter set (replaces
