DEEP laser-line notch filters – block the laser and pass the rest

StopLine normal-incidence laser-line notch filters are ideal for applications including Raman spectroscopy, laser-based fluorescence instruments, and biomedical laser systems. Semrock offers the widest selection of both single-notch filters and multi-notch filters, which block one or more laser line while transmitting light on both sides, all stocked as catalog products for rapid shipment.

Semrock StopLine optical notch filters offer a convenient and reliable thin-film format with performance so advanced that they are patented. (U.S. patent # 7,123,416.) And even though StopLine notch filters are much less expensive than holographic notch filters, they simultaneously offer:
  •  Deep (OD > 6) laser-line blocking for maximum laser rejection
  •  Narrowest bandwidth thin-film notch filters (as low as 9 nm)
  •  High signal transmission (> 90%) to detect the weakest signals
  •  High laser damage threshold (> 1 J/cm2 for 532 nm)
  •  Negligible temperature dependence for maximum temperature stability
  •  Hard dielectric coatings for proven reliability
  •  Rejected light is reflected, for convenient alignment and best stray-light control
