Narrow notch beamsplitters for reflecting laser lines at a 45° angle of incidence In addition to our standard catalog single- and multi-notch filters, Semrock has also developed these truly unique notch beamsplitters that reflect light incident at 45° over a narrow range of wavelengths centered on popular laser lines, and transmit light at wavelengths on both sides of the laser line with excellent efficiency. Each beamsplitter reflects two different laser lines for a variety of multi-laser instruments. Applications include: Laser-based fluorescence instruments Confocal and multi-photon fluorescence microscopes Raman spectroscopy systems And Semrock's advanced manufacturing process means that we can readily make these filters with notch wavelengths that are not integer multiples of each other! These rectangular 25 mm x 36 mm x 1 mm thick dichroics fit popular filter "cubes" for fluorescence microscopes from Nikon, Olympus and Zeiss (contact Semrock for sizes for Leica microscopes).
