The associated spectra and ASCII data files provide the transmission (0 to 1) versus wavelength as measured on an actual filter. While these are not formal specifications, this data should offer a good indication of the performance of similar filters. Transmission at wavelengths outside the ranges displayed or listed in the ASCII data files may be unconstrained – contact us if you need more information. Because these are actual filter spectra measured on a laboratory spectrophotometer, the data associated with spectral regions of blocking above an Optical Density (OD) of ~ 5 to 6 (transmission less than ~ 10^–5 to 10^–6) are limited by the measurement instrument noise.

The Bandwidth listed below is the minimum width over which the Average Transmission exceeds the specified value; the typical full-width-at-half-maximum (FWHM) is approximately the Bandwidth + 1% of the Center Wavelength. These filters utilize Semrock's unique single-substrate construction, where the substrate is high-optical-quality low-autofluorescence glass.
